As a Forward Deployed Engineer Strategist, you will be part of a creative team working to deploy our voice AI technology to solve complex problems for our customers. You will synthesize various insights to identify key challenges and opportunities, ensuring our technology meets user needs effectively.

About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate with Engineers, Product Designers, and other Strategists to address customer needs. Your work will involve understanding audio and voice AI requirements, designing integrations, and guiding customers on best practices.

What You'll Do

• Meet with strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs and identify their biggest pain points.
• Identify relevant use cases by engaging deeply with customer problems and workflows, working with Engineers to implement innovative solutions.
• Design and architect custom integrations for customers, ensuring seamless technology fit into their products and operations.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing our voice and audio AI models to maximize effectiveness.
• Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to integrate field insights into ElevenLabs' software products and AI models.
• Build and deliver engaging demos of our voice and audio AI technology to customers.
• Explore potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions globally.
• Take full ownership of major projects for strategic partners, delivering high-impact solutions hands-on.
• Work closely with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal implementation of our technologies.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity, even if through student clubs or side projects.
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for scripting and demo building.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to summarize complex technical concepts.
• A proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering results.
• Adaptability to work across different customer environments and technical use cases.
• Technical aptitude to quickly grasp our voice and audio AI models and their applications.

Location

This role is remote and can be executed globally. You also have the option to work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.
