Join Vonage as a Full Stack Software Engineer!

In this role, you will be part of our Connectors Engineering team. You will work on enhancing the Vonage Connectors Collection. Your focus will be on developing new features and improving production quality.

About the Role

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience with real-time communications and event-driven systems. You will work on both frontend and backend solutions, enhancing our connectors and services. Collaboration with team members, product managers, and other teams will be key to delivering high-quality products across multiple platforms.

What You'll Do

• Develop new features and improve existing ones.
• Focus on quality, fault tolerance, and performance.
• Work on greenfield and existing projects.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• TypeScript / Java coding skills, with a willingness to learn other languages.
• Strong backend experience in TypeScript / Java.
• Strong frontend experience with HTML/TypeScript/CSS.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, memory management, and concurrency.
• Database knowledge.
• Source management (Git) and Agile development techniques.
• Effective remote collaboration and communication skills.

Experience we consider a plus:

• Familiarity with API design and/or SDK development.
• Experience with HubSpot integrations.
• Salesforce experience.
