Head of Partner Network, EMEA
At Xometry, we connect innovative ideas with manufacturers who can bring them to life. We are looking for a Partner Network Head, EMEA to lead and grow our manufacturing partner ecosystem in the EMEA region. You will play a key role in expanding our supply base, ensuring partner success, and fulfilling customer orders.
About the Role
This position is essential for driving partner acquisition, onboarding, and performance management. You will work closely with our International Partner Network leadership team to improve operations beyond EMEA, especially in collaboration with our teams in China and India.
What You'll Do
- Partner Acquisition & Growth (EMEA Market)
- Lead efforts to expand Xometry’s partner network in EMEA.
- Develop and execute plans to onboard high-quality partners in CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal, and injection molding.
- Create effective onboarding and training programs for EMEA partners.
- Partner Success & Performance Management
- Implement frameworks to monitor and improve partner performance based on quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
- Establish feedback loops and improvement programs for local manufacturing partners.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to enhance service delivery.
- Fulfillment & Network Optimization
- Align EMEA partner supply with global and local demand to optimize costs and quality.
- Encourage healthy competition among manufacturers to drive network effects.
- Work with Global Operations and Sales to support order routing and fulfillment.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the EMEA Partner Network and acquisition teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making.
- Act as the internal voice for EMEA partners, providing insights for their growth.
What We're Looking For
- 10 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, or B2B/e-commerce marketplace leadership.
- Proven ability to build and scale networks in the B2B/B2C e-commerce space.
- Experience with supplier development and performance management systems.
- Understanding of manufacturing technologies and sourcing dynamics.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within EMEA (25%).
Nice to Have
- Experience in a high-growth tech or marketplace environment.
- Familiarity with digital manufacturing platforms or Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Operational experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
