Healthcare Digital Content Writer
Join Graphite as a Digital Content Writer. In this role, you will create SEO-driven content that highlights important conversations and insights within the global healthcare community. This is a remote-based contract position.
About the Role
As a Healthcare Digital Content Writer, you will be responsible for producing impactful content for our clients. You will research topics, pitch ideas, and ensure all content is accurate and engaging.
What You'll Do
- Create impactful, objective-oriented content for our clients and brands.
- Research, brainstorm, and pitch creative and compelling article topics.
- Fact-check, proofread, and edit content for accuracy and comprehensiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and plan improvements to existing content and processes.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of writing experience, preferably with blogs, news organizations, magazines, or other publications.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Able to absorb new material quickly.
- Proven ability to manage projects and handle a diverse workload.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Skilled with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
Content-related Skills
- Target Audience Insight: Ability to tailor content to healthcare professionals, addressing their unique needs and interests.
- Medical Knowledge: Strong grasp of medical terminology and current healthcare trends for accurate content production.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of healthcare regulations to ensure content adheres to industry standards.
- Evidence-Based Writing: Ability to incorporate credible sources and data to substantiate content, enhancing trustworthiness.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a startup or agency environment.
- Familiarity with content management systems.
- SEO experience with topic selection, keywords, title tags, and meta descriptions.
