What You'll Do
- Identify important problems to solve for customers and the company.
- Build a coherent strategy and roadmap with measurable objectives.
- Facilitate communication and create consensus among team members.
- Track and document progress against roadmaps.
- Set high standards for product quality and hold teams accountable.
- Support recruiting initiatives, including interviewing.
- Work effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Foster a culture where teams can advocate for their ideas while seeking consensus.
- Adapt to shifts in company priorities.
- Resolve conflicts and drive strategic decisions between competing priorities.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and improve strategic projects.
- Make organizational changes that have a wide impact.
What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design.
- 8+ years of experience in hiring, managing, and developing teams.
- 12+ years of collaborative experience with engineering, design, and user research teams.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Experience in cross-organizational coordination and global collaboration.
- Experience presenting to senior executives.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in a consumer-focused technology company.
- Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces.
