IT Team Lead – Global Financial Operations

World Wide Technology is looking for an experienced IT Team Lead to manage our Global Business delivery team. In this role, you will lead a team of developers and analysts, drive solution delivery, and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

About the Role

As a member of our Application Services leadership team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and security of our IT environment. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure our solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.

What You'll Do

• Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of developers and analysts.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing culture aligned with WWT’s core values.
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings to understand team goals, provide coaching, and support career development.
  • Oversee hiring, performance management, and team member recognition.
• IT Global Business Solution Delivery:
  • Apply functional knowledge of financial applications in the design, implementation, and integration of Oracle Financial Applications for our global supply chain business.
  • Participate and lead in the design of complex solutions.
  • Support existing business processes and promote delivery best practices.
  • Ensure the team meets commitments while adhering to quality, methodology, and architecture standards.
• Process Improvement & Issue Resolution:
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively as part of the leadership team.
  • Escalate and remove impediments impacting delivery and team effectiveness.
  • Work with the team to provide innovative IT solutions to business challenges.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Coaches, and other leaders to drive efficient value delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Information Technology, Accounting, MIS, or related field.
• 3-5 years of management experience with business analyst, development, or consulting experience in enterprise-level solutions.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing technical and functional teams.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or equivalent ERP Applications.
• Strong understanding of Financial and Accounting business processes.
• Proficient in the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile, Lean, and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

What We Offer

The salary range for this position is $114,000 to $142,500 annually. Actual salary will depend on various factors like shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.
