Join Our Team as a Lead – Link Key People

At Veeva Systems, we are dedicated to helping life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster. As the Lead for Link Key People, you will guide a remote team of researchers to streamline access to vital data, improving the efficiency of clinical trials and the dissemination of new treatment information.

About the Role

Our vision for Link is to become the global leader in deep data for life sciences. You will oversee a team of approximately 40 researchers who gather data related to Key People while adhering to compliance and quality standards. Your responsibilities include designing data production processes and driving improvements in both processes and technology. You will be accountable for your team's performance, focusing on efficiency and quality.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of around 30+ researchers
• Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects
• Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team
• Own your team’s KPIs and its performance
• Collaborate with engineering teams on process automation
• Escalate all risks and incidents early and clearly
• Develop a positive team culture of high engagement, excellent quality, and fun

What We're Looking For

• University degree in a business-related field (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering, information systems, operations, and supply chain management)
• Proven knowledge in business process design, management, and optimization
• 1+ year working experience
• Skilled with spreadsheets
• Comfortable working remotely in an international environment

Nice to Have

• Connection with life sciences (education or professional experience)
• Technical skills (e.g., SQL)
