Join Us as a Senior Partner Manager
We are looking for a Senior Partner Manager to help develop and grow our strategic partner relationships at Infor. In this role, you will focus on driving revenue growth and ensuring our partners deliver value across our industry cloud portfolio.
About the Role
The Senior Partner Manager will manage partner alignment, planning, and execution throughout the partner lifecycle. You will work closely with various teams, including Sales, Solution Consulting, Marketing, and Delivery, to achieve measurable results with our managed partners, such as resellers and hyperscaler alliances.
What You'll Do
1. Partner Strategy & Relationship Management
- Manage strategic partner relationships within your portfolio.
- Develop and execute joint business plans that align with regional and industry growth priorities.
- Lead regular business reviews to discuss performance, pipeline, enablement, and execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner-related topics.
2. Revenue & Growth Execution
- Drive growth through partner-influenced, sourced, co-sell, and resell activities.
- Collaborate with Field Sales to align partners with opportunities.
- Ensure accurate partner engagement in opportunity execution and forecasting.
- Support pipeline management and deal progression through partners.
3. Field & Ecosystem Collaboration
- Serve as the primary link between partners and Infor field teams.
- Enable effective account mapping and opportunity alignment.
- Coordinate cross-functional support to maximize partner impact.
- Support complex partner-led opportunities through structured engagement.
4. Enablement, Readiness & Execution Quality
- Ensure partners are enabled on Infor solutions and go-to-market strategies.
- Drive adoption of industry-specific assets and value messaging.
- Monitor and improve customer and partner outcomes.
- Work with internal teams to support partner capability development.
5. Operational Discipline & Governance
- Execute within Infor’s partner program framework.
- Maintain accurate partner plans and pipeline visibility in Salesforce.
- Support governance, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Provide insights on partner performance and opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in partner management or related roles.
- Proven success managing strategic partners in software environments.
- Strong understanding of SaaS and Cloud enterprise models.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using CRM/PRM platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience with industry-focused enterprise software or ERP solutions.
- Exposure to cloud or marketplace-led sales motions.
- International or multi-country partner management experience.
- Experience working with partners across various sales motions.
