At Factorial, we are looking for a dedicated Partner Marketeer to help our partners succeed. In this role, you will create and implement marketing strategies that not only enhance our partners' success but also contribute to our growth in the German market.

About the Role

We need someone to take charge of our Partners Demand Generation strategy in Germany. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Initially, you will focus on content creation and campaign setup to achieve quick wins while learning about our partner ecosystem. As you grow in this role, you will take on more responsibilities and develop long-term strategies for demand generation.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end demand generation plans with your partners, driving online and offline activities to enhance brand awareness through events, webinars, and joint promotions.
• Report on pipeline performance, including demos, conversions, and revenue, ensuring clear visibility on impact.
• Lead and execute Go-To-Market strategies for Factorial partners across the DACH region.
• Identify, shape, and launch initiatives to expand reach through partnerships, events, content, and impactful campaigns.
• Deliver engaging marketing materials and ongoing support to empower partner success.

What We're Looking For

• You are a native German speaker with a strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• You have experience in Digital Marketing, particularly in B2B and ideally in tech/SaaS.
• You know how to build and execute demand generation plans, including sales strategies, content, events, co-marketing, and campaigns to generate pipeline.
• You understand sales goals and can work closely with Sales to align marketing efforts with revenue outcomes.
• You are comfortable working with partners, agencies, and other stakeholders.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building from the ground up, and can adapt to changing priorities.
• You love using data to optimize campaigns, track performance, and identify new opportunities.
• You communicate clearly with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive alignment and execution.

What We Offer
