About the Role

As a Payroll Risk & Compliance Expert for LATAM, you will play a key role in ensuring our payroll processes meet all compliance requirements. You will help manage risks and support our international teams effectively.

What You'll Do

• Monitor payroll compliance across LATAM countries.
• Identify and assess risks related to payroll processes.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Provide guidance on local labor laws and regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in payroll compliance and risk management.
• Strong understanding of LATAM labor laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
