About the Role

This is a full-time remote position for applicants in the United Kingdom only. We are looking for candidates with experience supporting Sales or customer-facing organizations as a business partner. Your focus will be on enabling teams and leaders daily.

You will report to our Sr. Manager, People Business Partnering and be an essential part of our GTM Business Partnering team. Your work will help design, implement, and deliver our People enablement strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with GTM management and leadership teams, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Help design and lead the annual delivery of the organization’s People Plan agenda related to learning, performance, and development.
  • Facilitate and present enablement topics both remotely and at global and regional departmental offsites.
  • Identify needs, gaps, and opportunities in the team’s current people management structure to improve organizational health metrics.
  • Support new and experienced people managers in the GTM function to ensure a consistent approach to people management.
  • Collaborate with our People team to deliver annual processes surrounding talent, performance, attrition, retention, and learning initiatives.
  • Contribute to enhancing and delivering these enablement processes with your professional knowledge and perspective.
  • Utilize AI tools to create prompt-driven enablement workflows, such as generating personalized coaching briefs and tailored development plans.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a high-growth environment and partnering with GTM management teams at a strategic level.
  • Experience working remotely and coordinating with global team members, understanding the challenges and opportunities of remote work.
  • Process-oriented with a knack for creating structure in ambiguity and finding creative solutions to problems.
  • Excellent communicator across various channels (in-person, Zoom, Slack) with strong relationship-building skills.
  • A people-person and problem solver who enjoys helping others and defining solutions to drive impact.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and make decisions confidently using initiative and creative problem-solving.
  • Approachable with a customer service mindset, recognized as a “go-to” person for enablement and development.
  • Fluent in AI tools and able to use them to enhance your work, such as analyzing data to identify people-management patterns.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in startup or high-growth technology environments, particularly within SaaS companies.
  • Strong experience facilitating and presenting on various topics, with coaching certification being a plus.

What We Offer

In the United Kingdom, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range for this role is GBP 72,000 - GBP 87,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset assessed during the interview process. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), allowing every team member to share in Grafana Labs' success.
