Join Our Team as a PE/SI – Manager, Indirect Channels
We are looking for a PE/SI – Manager, Indirect Channels to join our Sales team at DoiT International. In this remote role, you will lead our go-to-market strategy for Private Equity firms and System Integrators, while managing a team of Account Executives to drive growth and success.
About the Role
The PE/SI – Manager, Indirect Channels will play a key role in building and leading our strategy within the global partner ecosystem. You will establish strategic relationships with Private Equity sponsors and System Integrators, positioning DoiT Cloud Intelligence as the preferred solution for managing cloud environments. This role focuses on developing scalable programs and structured pipeline generation to drive measurable impact across portfolios.
What You'll Do
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives. Set clear performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability. Support your team through complex deal cycles.
- Pipeline Generation & Partner Strategy: Create and implement scalable strategies for pipeline generation through Private Equity firms and System Integrators. Collaborate with the Alliances team to identify priority partners and establish joint go-to-market motions.
- Sales Execution & Deal Strategy: Oversee complex deal cycles, ensuring alignment between DoiT, partners, and customers. Support Account Executives in structuring strategic deals that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Indirect Channel Strategy & Market Insight: Develop expertise in cloud channel programs and translate market insights into effective sales strategies. Provide feedback on pipeline trends and partner performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Alliances team to strengthen partner relationships and create co-sell playbooks. Partner with Marketing to develop campaigns that generate pipeline within the Private Equity and SI ecosystems.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in sales leadership or team management.
- Proven success in B2B SaaS or cloud sales environments.
- Strong experience with channel sales, partner ecosystems, or indirect sales models.
- Experience selling into Private Equity firms, portfolio companies, or System Integrators is highly preferred.
- Ability to lead teams through complex enterprise and partner-led sales cycles.
- Fluency in CRM, CPQ, and CLM platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in developing scalable portfolio-wide cloud optimization programs and co-sell motions with strategic partners would be beneficial.
