What You'll Do

• Identify significant near and long-term opportunities in a large product area.
• Drive product mission, strategies, and roadmaps while aligning with broader organizational goals.
• Generate buy-in and consensus across different teams.
• Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects for web-based products, applications, and platforms.
• Integrate data, usability studies, research, and market analysis into product strategies to enhance user satisfaction and engineer productivity.
• Lead product development with engineers and designers, ensuring team health.
• Understand Meta’s strategic position and deliver industry-leading products.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop roadmaps.
• Define and analyze metrics to measure product success and track key performance indicators.
• Drive decision-making through user insights, quantitative analysis, and A/B testing.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in product management and/or product design.
• 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams.
• Experience navigating the full product life-cycle and integrating customer feedback into product requirements.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces.
• Experience in a consumer-focused technology company.
