Recruiting Coordinator
Join Rezolve Ai as a Recruiting Coordinator. In this role, you will help manage candidate scheduling and communication while supporting essential HR operations. You will play a vital part in ensuring a smooth hiring process and a positive experience for both candidates and employees.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive contract Recruiting Coordinator to support our fast-growing team. This is a 6-month contract role (20–30 hours/week) with potential for extension. It’s perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
What You'll Do
- Manage job postings, review applications, and support initial candidate screening.
- Own the full-cycle interview scheduling process, partnering closely with hiring managers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and a great experience.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS.
- Assist with offer coordination and support onboarding, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed, including I-9s and background checks.
- Help improve recruiting operations by refining workflows, documentation, and templates.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR support, or a similar administrative role.
- Comfort working with scheduling tools and ATS platforms (Lever, BambooHR, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- US-based and available for 20 to 30 hours per week.
