Join Our Team as a Revenue Manager
We're looking for a Revenue Manager to join our Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC) team at Hilton. In this role, you will support our hotels in growing their market share and outperforming competitors. You'll work on exciting projects and help implement innovative revenue management solutions.
About the Role
As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for managing the revenue strategies for a portfolio of hotels. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure our hotels achieve their performance goals.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all revenue management tasks for assigned hotels, including daily pricing analysis, strategy changes, business evaluations, and trend analysis.
- Conduct weekly commercial strategy meetings to discuss booking pace, performance, and hotel-specific goals, ensuring alignment with partners on revenue strategies and pricing.
- Forecast future performance, identify trends, and address risks and opportunities.
How You'll Collaborate with Others
- Build and maintain relationships with your assigned hotels and revenue management partners to influence outcomes.
- Work with e-Commerce, Marketing, and Distribution teams to guide hotel performance.
- Partner with fellow Revenue Managers to share solutions and best practices.
Projects You'll Take Ownership Of
- Contribute to systems and process improvements.
- Participate in mentorship opportunities.
What We're Looking For
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Two (2) years of experience in Revenue Management.
- Experience managing hotel rates and inventory.
- Ability to analyze and explain statistical data to develop strategies and actions.
- In-depth knowledge of industry analytical reports such as STR and shop reports.
- Experience with GRO & OnQ R&I.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a hotel environment.
- Experience developing monthly forecasts and annual budgets.

The pay range for this role is $60,000 – $85,000, based on experience and location. You will also be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other Team Members at the same level.
