Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst in Marketing Analytics to join our Revenue Operations team at Remote. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our global marketing strategy. You will lead important projects and provide insights that will guide our investments in marketing.

What You'll Do

• Advanced Attribution Modeling: Develop and refine attribution models to capture the value of marketing efforts and ensure a complete view of the customer journey.
• Non-Paid & Brand Analytics: Create a framework for measuring all marketing channels. Build reports for Share of Voice, organic reach, and brand sentiment.
• Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Lead the planning process for marketing investments, offering data-driven recommendations on budget allocation.
• LTV & Predictive Modeling: Build and maintain Lifetime Value (LTV) models to guide acquisition and retention strategies.
• Full-Funnel Optimization: Analyze the B2B funnel from awareness to revenue, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Data Governance & Integrity: Ensure the accuracy of marketing data by partnering with RevOps to maintain a single source of truth.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Act as a technical lead, mentoring senior analysts and promoting analytical excellence within the team.

What We're Looking For

• Professional Experience: Extensive experience in marketing analytics, particularly in B2B SaaS or high-growth enterprise environments.
• Attribution Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing multi-touch attribution models.
• Full-Funnel Vision: Strong understanding of non-paid areas, including organic growth and brand health.
• Technical Proficiency: Confident in using tools from Snowflake to BI tools.
• Stack Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM and automation systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strategic Communication: Ability to present complex data in a clear and engaging way to executives.
• Language: Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated skills in automation and AI.
• Experience working remotely is a plus, but not required.

• Team: Revenue Operations, Revenue Planning and Analytics
• Team size: No direct reports

What We Offer

The annual salary range for this full-time position is $52,600—$147,950 USD. Our compensation is designed to be fair and competitive, taking into account location and experience.
