Senior Business Analyst - Revenue Strategy & Analytics

Join Reddit's Revenue Strategy & Analytics team as a Senior Business Analyst. In this role, you will build and maintain the analytical tools and data infrastructure that support our Small and Medium Sized (SMB) business channel. Your expertise in BigQuery and SQL will be essential for managing data workflows and creating impactful dashboards.

About the Role

This role requires a blend of technical skills and strategic thinking. You will dive into complex data ecosystems and translate insights into actionable business strategies that drive revenue growth.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with teams such as Sales, Finance, Product, and Analytics Engineering to shape Reddit’s revenue strategy through analytics.
• Build and scale dashboards and data pipelines to provide actionable insights for sales leadership.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across core datasets that support dashboards, KPIs, and financial reporting.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely delivery of insights, automating reports, and continuously improving data models.
• Translate insights into action to guide business partners in identifying growth opportunities and optimizing performance.
• Partner with Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage and enhance revenue data foundations, including ETL workflows and data pipelines in BigQuery.

What We're Looking For

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
• 3+ years experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 3+ years experience developing dashboards in Looker or similar tools.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis; knowledge of BigQuery is a plus.
• Strategic and analytical capability: Ability to think strategically and translate data into insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Experience in the online marketing and advertising industry is preferred.
