Join Zencore as a Senior Cloud Engineer and play a key role in helping companies transition to Google Cloud. You will work closely with clients, providing guidance and support as they modernize their data and applications.

About the Role

As part of our Cloud Engineering team, you will collaborate with innovative companies. Your focus will be on core cloud infrastructure, managed services, networking, Kubernetes, databases, and CI/CD tooling across enterprise environments.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support cross-cloud migration projects.
• Utilize Google Cloud technologies, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Kubernetes.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients, helping them make technology decisions.
• Write scripts and automate processes in at least one programming language.

What We're Looking For

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Expertise: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with GCP, including services like Compute Engine, Cloud Run, and Cloud Storage.
• Networking: Strong understanding of VPC Networking, DNS, and enterprise networking concepts.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM): Deep knowledge of IAM, particularly Service Accounts and workload identity.
• Containerization and Orchestration: Experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
• Managed Databases: Hands-on experience with managed database services, such as Cloud SQL.
• DevOps and CI/CD: Practical experience with common DevOps methodologies and tools, including CI/CD platforms like GitHub.
• Automation: Ability to write scripts and automate tasks.

Nice to Have

• Enterprise Customer Focus: Experience managing stakeholder interactions in large enterprise environments.
• Cloud Migration Experience: Prior experience with cloud migrations between hyperscalers (e.g., Azure to Google Cloud).
• Communication: Conversational proficiency in English and comfort using video in meetings.
