As a Senior Data Analyst in our Sales team, you will turn data from our Sales and CRM sources into insights that drive our business forward. You'll work closely with our leadership team to help Sleek scale profitably.

About the Role

Your mission is to provide actionable insights for Sleek’s CEO, CRO, Sales Leaders, and CFO. You will focus on improving our sales reporting, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with other analysts.

What You'll Do

• Improve Monthly Leadership Reporting of Sales:
  • Include targets in the Sales dashboard.
  • Revamp the Sales Dashboard in Tableau, making it clear and concise with useful visualizations.
• Enhance Sales Reporting:
  • Improve granular reporting on sales performance, including pipeline tracking and speed to lead.
  • Model the link between input metrics and outcomes, providing recommendations.
  • Build a dashboard for monitoring pitch quality based on call recordings and AI scoring.
• Ensure Data Integrity & Documentation:
  • Document key metrics and calculations in Confluence or Google Docs, making them accessible to both Data Analysts and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure CRM data accurately reflects true sources of leads and customers, collaborating with teams responsible for input data.
• Improve New vs. Existing Business Reporting:
  • Define and enhance how sales are reported between new and existing business.
  • Improve upsell reporting throughout the customer journey.
• Provide Data Quality Recommendations:
  • Work with Tech, Product, and Data Engineers to ensure robust and efficient data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Other Data Analysts:
  • Contribute to a friendly, inclusive, and knowledge-sharing culture with other Data Analysts.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Data Analyst in Sales.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
• Experience with AI-based data analytics and recent models.

The Interview Process

The interview process will take about 3 weeks and will include:

• Screening Call with Talent Acquisition: A ~30 minute call with our Talent Acquisition Lead.
• Technical Round: A ~60 minute analytics competency interview with a senior Analyst.
• Behavioural Fit Assessment: A ~60 minute interview and live case study with our CRO.
• Offer + Reference Interviews: A verbal or email offer followed by reference checks.
