About the Role

What You'll Do

• Design and develop engaging web experiences that enhance user interaction.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver high-quality designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in web design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with responsive design and understanding of web development principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and a user-centered design approach.

Nice to Have

• Experience in designing for financial services or technology.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development.
