Join CD PROJEKT RED as a Senior Engine Programmer and contribute to the development of Cyberpunk 2, the exciting follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077. In this role, you'll work on streaming solutions and optimizations, helping our designers and artists bring the game to life.

About the Role

As a Senior Engine Programmer, you will be part of a team that is defining the future of our games using Unreal Engine 5. Your work will focus on creating optimal streaming solutions and workflows that enhance the gaming experience.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and improve streaming systems for maximum performance.
• Create tools and data pipelines to support our expansive game world with minimal performance impact.
• Design and implement effective streaming solutions for the game experience.
• Develop workflows that empower our art and design teams to realize the world of Cyberpunk 2.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of industry experience.
• Fluent in C++.
• Professional knowledge of Unreal Engine, ideally with experience on a shipped title.
• Strong understanding of data structures and streaming workflows.
• Experience with multithreaded programming.
• Knowledge of low-level profiling and optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• A proactive approach to helping the team work efficiently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with at least one Unreal-based project for Xbox or Playstation consoles.
