Join Our Team as a Senior Manufacturing Scientist

As a Senior Manufacturing Scientist at GE HealthCare, you will play a key role in our global product management team. You will provide essential manufacturing and quality control support for our PET drug products. This position allows for remote work in the Netherlands, with regular visits to our manufacturing site in Eindhoven.

About the Role

In this position, you will be the subject matter expert for the commercial manufacture and release of the GE HealthCare PET drug product Flyrcado. Your expertise will guide regional teams and help improve processes and documentation.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the expert for the manufacture and release of Flyrcado.
• Ensure regional teams follow best practices for manufacturing and releasing Flyrcado.
• Identify process gaps and propose solutions. Create or refine procedures, guidelines, and standard work documents.
• Validate documents, workflows, product specifications, and training materials.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhance team capabilities.
• Provide input to leadership on new initiatives and contribute to long-term strategies and product roadmaps.

What We're Looking For

• A Master's degree or equivalent experience in PET Radiochemistry.
• Knowledge of radiopharmaceutical manufacturing or QC analytical methods (HPLC & GC).
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially in remote data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with PET equipment, HPLC, GC, PET synthesis platforms, cyclotrons, ion chambers, and dispensing systems.
• Ability to provide scientific and technical guidance across global functions.
• Experience leading programs or projects with strong documentation and planning skills.
• Comfortable conducting risk assessments and applying scientific rigor in protocols and reports.
