At Fiserv, we are looking for a Senior Partner Development Manager to help us grow our partner network in the UK. In this role, you will drive partner-led growth and ensure a great experience for our partners while upholding our values of excellence and integrity.

About the Role

The Senior Partner Development Manager is a key player in fostering partner relationships. You will work closely with various teams to ensure sustainable revenue growth and a strong governance framework. Your focus will be on sourcing, onboarding, and developing high-quality partners.

What You'll Do

• Identify, source, and onboard new partners, including referral partners, ISVs, ISOs, and PayFacs.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, serving as the main commercial contact.
• Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans to drive partner-led revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product, and Marketing to ensure compliant and scalable partner onboarding.
• Monitor partner performance against KPIs and use insights for continuous improvement.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Fiserv’s product portfolio.
• Advocate for partners internally, balancing commercial goals with governance and risk requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and partner needs to inform strategy.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of partner frameworks, onboarding processes, and enablement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in partner development, indirect sales, or channel management.
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including ISOs, ISVs, and PayFacs.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, onboarding, and developing partner relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with effective negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience in regulated or highly governed environments.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and lead through influence.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• A values-led approach, demonstrating integrity, accountability, and collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services industries.
• Experience with structured partner programs and performance frameworks.
• Strong data literacy to interpret performance metrics and trends.
• Experience with change initiatives or scaling partner programs.
• A growth mindset with a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
