Senior Salesforce Engineer – Poland
Join Housecall Pro as a Senior Salesforce Engineer. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize our Salesforce platform. You'll work closely with various teams to create solutions that enhance user experience and improve operations.
About the Role
As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring our Salesforce environment meets the needs of our business. You will use your expertise in Salesforce architecture to build scalable solutions. Collaboration with product management, sales, and marketing teams will be key as you gather requirements and integrate Salesforce with other systems.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Think creatively to solve problems and research the best solutions.
- Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations with other systems.
- Optimize and refactor existing code for better performance and maintainability.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the Salesforce platform by following best practices and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce environment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
- Help develop technical documentation and training materials for end-users.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform, including extensive development experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, including custom objects, Flows, and Apex triggers.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other middleware tools.
- Familiarity with deployment tools such as Change Sets, Ant scripts, Metadata API, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Nice to Have
- Proven experience in full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, from design to deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
