This is a rare opportunity to shape its technical foundation while making a significant impact on patients, clinicians, and researchers.The OpportunityWe're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to be a core member of our Product Engineering team—writing code every day, contributing to architectural discussions, and partnering with Product and Clinical teams to build software that directly improves patient outcomes.What You'll DoContribute to and influence architecture decisions across our stack, helping establish patterns the team builds onOwn complex product challenges end-to-end—from technical design through shipping to end usersSupport and grow other engineers through code reviews, design feedback, and pairingPartner with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to translate clinical workflows into scalable solutionsIdentify and help drive improvements to technical debt, reliability, and developer experienceActively use AI tools in your daily workflow and contribute to team-wide best practicesOur tech stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React, Postgres, AWS, ECSRequirements5+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping complex features in production systemsTrack record of owning and delivering technical initiatives end-to-endExperience contributing to 0-1 buildsProficient with AI coding tools as part of daily developmentClear communicator who can collaborate effectively across engineering and product stakeholdersPassion for improving mental healthcareNice to HavesHIPAA-regulated healthcare or fintech experienceAI/ML integration in productionSome candidates may see the list above and feel discouraged because they don't match all the items.
