Join Our Team as a Senior Technical Product Manager - Analytics
We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Analytics Product team at LivePerson. In this role, you will oversee our Analytics suite, focusing on tools and services that turn conversational data into actionable insights for our customers and internal teams.
About the Role
As the Senior Product Manager for Analytics, you will lead the development and execution of our Analytics capabilities. You will work closely with various teams, including Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success, to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions that ensure a great experience for our users.
What You'll Do
- Develop a clear product vision and strategy for our Analytics platform to help customers gain insights from conversational data.
- Define and prioritize features for the Analytic Studio/Builder and Report Center, focusing on user experience for data exploration and reporting.
- Manage the product roadmap for Data Services and Data Transporter to ensure efficient handling of large conversational data streams.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to integrate AI/ML features into our analytics products.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and data quality metrics for all analytics tools.
- Act as the main point of contact between Analytics users and Data Engineering teams, translating complex requirements into clear specifications.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in product management, especially with SaaS analytics and reporting products.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, BI tools, reporting systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to develop and execute product strategy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to gather data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with enterprise customers on reporting and analytics needs.
- Creative problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML features in analytics products.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures.
