As part of our team, you will play a key role in enhancing our testing processes. You will manage projects, track progress, and address any challenges that arise. Your efforts will help foster a culture of quality within Meta.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement automated test frameworks and tools to address testing gaps.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and product engineering teams to enable automated testing.
• Manage projects independently, tracking status, escalating risks, and finding solutions.
• Promote a culture of quality within Meta’s Tech Audit and Centralized Privacy organization.
• Advocate for high-quality standards and escalate issues found by automation.
• Design and implement automated tests to verify privacy compliance and release readiness.
• Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. is allowed.

What We're Looking For

• A Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Software, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Two years of work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
• Experience coding in one of the following languages: C, C++, Java, or C#.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, MATLAB, or Haskell.
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing.
• Familiarity with Linux, UNIX, or other *nix-like operating systems.
• Knowledge of core web technologies: HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis of software issues.
• Experience developing software tests and test-framework strategies.
• Understanding of data processing, programming languages, databases, networking, operating systems, computer graphics, or human-computer interaction.
