About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and friendly Solution Engineer. In this client-facing role, you will support our enterprise clients in the region. You will help them maximize the value they get from the Moneythor solution. You will also collaborate with our business development, product, and engineering teams to identify product enhancements and sales opportunities. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both remotely and from our client offices in Kuala Lumpur.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic, operational, and technical expertise to support Moneythor’s Customer Success vision.
- Assist our digital banking clients with their technical and functional questions.
- Act as the technical point of contact for our customer success team.
- Use your skills in HTML, JavaScript, web development, SQL, and Java to customize client implementations.
- Promote existing and new features of our solution to clients.
- Encourage platform adoption and drive new business growth through client advocacy.
- Analyze client business requirements and ensure timely and accurate solution delivery.
- Work with business development, product, and engineering teams during pre-sales, onboarding, and client retention.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our platform and provide valuable feedback to the product team.
- Manage client requests using a case tracking system.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and communicate these to the appropriate team members.
- Stay updated on market trends and developments in the digital banking industry.
- Respond to service disruptions as part of our internal incident procedures.
- Ensure all projects and requests are completed accurately and on time.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager or Solution Engineer role, or as a client-facing technical and business analyst involved in project implementation, pre-sales, and support.
- Hands-on technical experience with JavaScript, HTML, Java, SQL, and web and database technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently with minimal supervision.
