What You'll Do

• Drive Business Growth: Take ownership of growth in our spot trading market by identifying product opportunities and innovations.
• Strategy Planning: Understand the industry and retail users to systematically plan the roadmap for business growth with key stakeholders.
• KPI Definition and Tracking: Use strong data analysis skills to derive insights. Define, track, and improve KPIs.
• Product and Tool Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize products and tools to meet business objectives.
• Cross BU Alignment: Collaborate with related business units to achieve the best results for spot trading and active users.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the financial or crypto industry, focusing on retail growth.
• Understanding of blockchain and the broader Web3 landscape.
• Ability to engage with the community to gather feedback and drive changes for growth.
• Experience working with product and tech teams to deliver new features.
• Ability to work independently and provide guidance to team members.
• Strong logical thinking and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, a strong drive, and a quick learning ability.

Nice to Have

Experience in engaging with communities for feedback and growth initiatives would be beneficial.
