Spotify Customer Specialist with Polish and English (Remote in Bulgaria)

About the Role

We are looking for a Spotify Customer Specialist who speaks Polish and English. In this role, you will provide support to Spotify users through email and chat. You will help users with their questions and guide them through troubleshooting steps.

What You'll Do

• Provide email and chat support to Spotify users (no phone calls!)
• Answer common "how-to" and FAQ-type questions
• Assist with account management and payment-related issues
• Guide users through troubleshooting steps with patience and clarity

What We're Looking For

• Excellent Polish (C1) and English (C1) skills
• Valid EU work permit
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable explaining complex topics in a clear, simple manner
