About the Role

As a Sr. Product Designer, you will advocate for great design and work closely with cross-functional teams. Your creativity and strategic vision will help enhance our products and drive innovation.

What You'll Do

• Champion exceptional user experience solutions across Cint products.
• Conduct user testing and interviews to identify unmet needs and gather insights.
• Collaborate with the Product Design team and stakeholders to brainstorm design solutions.
• Create high-quality design artifacts, including user requirements, personas, storyboards, workflows, wireframes, visual comps, and prototypes.
• Translate complex systems into simple UI concepts and showcase them through storytelling and rapid prototyping.
• Validate design solutions through user tests with customers.
• Document your design thinking, findings, and proposals for product teams and leadership.
• Contribute to our shared design system to ensure visual consistency across products.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, including designers, researchers, strategists, and engineers.
• Partner with engineering teams to bring user-centered design solutions to market.

What We're Looking For

• A love for design and a commitment to creating great user experiences.
• Ability to think strategically and conceptually about design.
• Strong visual design skills to solve complex user problems with intuitive interfaces.
• In-depth knowledge of user experience design processes for desktop, mobile, and native apps.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Confidence in designing and presenting work, while being open to feedback.
• Experience testing prototypes and seeing your designs come to life in products.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in product design.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams.

Experience

• 3+ years in a product design or UX design role, preferably with complex SaaS products focused on B2B.
• Expertise in modern design and collaboration tools, especially Figma (experience with variables and auto-layout is a plus).
• Experience working with design systems or component libraries.
• Previous collaboration with developers, product managers, and designers.
