About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract to join our People team in Edinburgh. In this role, you will support recruitment activities across our UK teams. Your goal is to ensure candidates have a great experience while helping our hiring process run smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Provide candidates with a memorable experience during the application and interview process at FanDuel.
- Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and talent communities.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, kick-off meetings, and debriefs.
- Assist with pre-employment processes, including references, contracts, and background checks.
- Help create accurate and meaningful recruiting metrics.
- Organize and attend recruitment events.
- Support process improvements and employer branding initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in scheduling, coordination, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter who can take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Great communicator who can work effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
