At Sleek, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help us find exceptional talent for our growing team. You will play a key role in shaping our workforce, ensuring we attract the right people who align with our mission and values.
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will focus on bringing in top talent for our key departments, including Bookkeeping, Accounting, Audit, Company Secretary, and Tech. You will also help with niche positions as needed. Your work will directly impact our company’s growth and culture.
What You'll Do
- Candidate Quality: Attract and hire exceptional talent who resonate with Sleek's mission and culture.
- Hiring Efficiency:
- Meet time-to-fill targets for new hires.
- Expand our talent pool through sourcing and referrals.
- Business Partner: Build strong relationships with leadership and hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs.
- Process & AI Champion:
- Utilize AI tools effectively while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain high data accuracy in our applicant tracking system.
- Analyze pipeline performance to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with local recruitment regulations.
What We're Looking For
- You must be currently based in Singapore with valid legal working rights.
- You are either a recent graduate eager to start a career in recruitment or have up to 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (Agency Recruitment, Sales, or Customer Success).
- If you are a fresh graduate, you should have completed at least one 3-month internship in a corporate or startup setting, preferably in recruitment or sales.

Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer success, especially in a high-volume role, would be beneficial.

Application Process
The interview process will take approximately three weeks and includes:
- One-way Video Interview: A preliminary assessment to evaluate your fit for the role.
- Soft Skills Interview: A conversation with the Hiring Manager to discuss your experiences.
- Case Study: A discussion with the Chief of Staff about real-life challenges in the role.
- Offer + Reference Interviews: A verbal offer followed by reference checks.
