What You'll Do
- Define, build, and lead cross-functional programs to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Identify and overcome cross-functional problems in technical domains across client and server infrastructure.
- Lead the execution and delivery of solutions to resolve business challenges through strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.
- Drive and influence technical and product strategy, proactively identify issues, align on priorities, and set direction.
- Define and deliver technical requirements that address product or platform needs in collaboration with partners.
- Establish metrics and measurement, rollout, and create scalable operational plans.
- Identify and improve inefficiencies in operations.
- Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is allowed.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the job offered or a computer-related occupation.
- Experience in technical product/program management.
- Ability to evaluate, define, and improve end-to-end processes with functional or technical solutions.
- Experience working across organizations to drive business decisions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in planning, deploying, or operating cloud infrastructure technology.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in scaling and connecting programs in a dynamic environment.
