Join Our Team as a Territory Manager

As a Territory Manager at Ecolab, you will play a key role in our sales team. This outside sales position focuses on our Institutional division, providing essential cleaning and sanitation solutions to the foodservice and hospitality industries. You'll manage an established territory and help our customers create cleaner and safer environments.

About the Role

After completing our training program, you will be responsible for a territory that includes restaurants, hotels, schools, and long-term care facilities. You will represent Ecolab by offering expert recommendations on cleaning processes that enhance guest experiences.

What You'll Do

• Grow sales in your territory by training customers and providing regular and emergency service.
• Prospect for new accounts to expand Ecolab's brand presence in your market.
• Understand customers’ ware washing systems and provide tailored cleaning solutions.
• Use your mechanical skills to install, repair, and maintain equipment, strengthening customer relationships.
• Ensure safe equipment use and proper training for your customers' teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 year of outside sales experience
• Availability for on-call duties during off hours and weekends
• Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• No Immigration Sponsorship available

Physical Demands

• Must complete pre-employment assessments, including a physical, lifting and carrying 50 pounds, color vision test, and drug screen.

Nice to Have

• Previous business-to-business commercial sales experience
• Experience in food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, and/or pool and spa
• Mechanical problem-solving skills (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
