Trading Support Specialist - VIP & Institutional (EU)
As a Trading Support Specialist at Binance, you will be the main point of contact for our VIP and institutional clients. You will provide dedicated support and guidance, helping them navigate our products and services.
About the Role
This position is part of our Global Operations team. You will work remotely and play a crucial role in ensuring our highest value customers receive top-tier service. Your focus will be on supporting clients in their trading activities and addressing their needs effectively.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the point of contact for our VIP and institutional customers on Binance’s various products.
- Provide prompt support via different communication channels.
- Guide VIP customers on integrating and using Binance’s system, including API usage.
- Act as the first line of support for account and system-related issues.
- Represent VIP customers to internal teams, including account, finance, risk, and product teams.
- Collect customer feedback and manage projects to implement product changes.
- Provide system and product updates to customers to keep them informed of major changes.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client or trading desk support role in financial services.
- Solid understanding of trading platforms and exchanges, including trading orders and execution processes.
- Experience in client management and supporting client growth and business development.
- Understanding of crypto derivative trading products.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, especially under high pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Able to participate in an on-call rotation as required.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is mandatory for coordination with overseas partners.
- Hands-on experience in API trading is a strong plus.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency concepts, such as blockchain transactions, is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of derivative and other trading products, such as futures, is a strong plus.
