About the Role

As an Ads Implementation Specialist, you will assist in the management of media campaigns. This entry-level position provides training, but prior experience with ad platforms is preferred.

What You'll Do

• Organize and rename visual files needed for ad implementations (images, videos, GIFs) according to our internal guidelines.
• Create Asana tickets with all necessary information for campaign launches.
• Upload ad creatives across platforms, ensuring proper tagging.
• Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure delivery and suggest improvements.
• Generate ad-hoc reports on performance or creatives.
• Conduct competitiveness analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative production, planning, and execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advertising developments while implementing best practices.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's target audience, product offerings, and advertising objectives.
• Ensure campaigns comply with data privacy regulations and company policies.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience running ads on META, TikTok, or X.
• Good analytical mindset; familiarity with performance metrics like CPI, CPR, IPM, and VTR is essential.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• Previous experience with Figma is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong asset.

• Experience with Figma.
