Join our team as an EU Affiliate Manager and play a key role in growing our global affiliate program. You will focus on scaling campaigns across Europe, working closely with various teams to drive our mission of accelerating crypto adoption.

About the Role

As the EU Affiliate Manager, you will be part of the Growth Marketing team. This team is dedicated to delivering user and revenue growth for our products worldwide. You will report to the Global Affiliate Lead and collaborate with stakeholders in regional growth, product marketing, compliance, and analytics.

What You'll Do

• Identify and recruit new affiliates in the EU.
• Manage and nurture relationships with top regional affiliates.
• Analyze data to find opportunities and share performance updates.
• Monitor affiliate content for compliance with regional and product standards.
• Plan and execute tests for placements, commissions, incentives, and creative strategies to improve metrics.
• Develop and own revenue and new trader goals driven by affiliates in Europe.
• Collaborate with EU regional growth teams on go-to-market strategies and local campaigns.

What We're Looking For

• A personal interest in crypto and blockchain technology.
• At least 4 years of experience in KOL or affiliate marketing, preferably in traditional finance or crypto.
• Experience working with affiliates in the EU is required; global team experience is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills for placements, payout structures, and terms with KOLs.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools, with a preference for Impact.
• Creativity and persistence in seeking unconventional partnerships.
• Experience in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional data analysis skills and understanding of performance KPIs like CAC, ARPU, and ROAS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in an asynchronous environment.
