About the Role

As a Vibe Marketer, you will work in a fast-paced environment where creativity and experimentation are encouraged. This role is not about traditional marketing; it’s about being on the front lines, producing and sharing content that resonates with our community.

What You'll Do

• Own the content engine and manage Nansen's social presence across X, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Write and post daily content, including threads, takes, memes, explainers, and product updates.
• Transform onchain data and Smart Money signals into engaging posts.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to highlight interesting insights and make them digestible.
• Maintain the brand voice and ensure it reflects our values and mission.
• Grow our audience by managing owned channels with a focus on performance and community engagement.
• Work with key opinion leaders and creators to amplify our campaigns.
• Support product launches and campaigns with timely content.

What We're Looking For

Non-negotiables

• 2–5 years of experience in social, content, or digital marketing, preferably in crypto, fintech, AI, or tech.
• Strong writing skills; you can produce content quickly and with a distinct voice.
• Curious about crypto, with a preference for those who are knowledgeable about onchain technology.
• Fluent in internet culture and trends.
• Strong visual instincts and a commitment to getting things done.

The vibe check

• You have built an audience through personal accounts, newsletters, or communities.
• You are comfortable using AI tools and see them as partners in your work.
• You have a good sense of what makes content engaging versus generic.
• Experience with onchain data, DeFi, or wallets is a plus.
