Job Description

Join Wing as an Associate Product Manager, AI

At Wing, we are looking for an Associate Product Manager to help us build innovative AI products from the ground up. You will work closely with our Chief Product Officer in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

About the Role

This position combines product leadership, operational execution, and strategic support for our founding team. You will play a key role in shaping product roadmaps and ensuring our offerings meet the needs of small and medium-sized businesses globally.

What You'll Do

  • Shape product roadmaps and user stories, prioritizing features for seamless experiences and market validation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and product managers in quick sprints to prototype, test, and deploy new capabilities.
  • Record screencasts and product videos to showcase new features and drive user adoption.
  • Manage aspects of product marketing, including messaging, demos, and materials to clearly communicate product value.
  • Gather user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze metrics to refine product backlogs and improve retention.
  • Create onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks for product usage, operations, and recruitment.
  • Engage in customer interactions to gather insights and align with C-level executives on priorities and dashboards.

What We're Looking For

  • An analytical builder who identifies data patterns and translates them into product decisions.
  • An entrepreneurial operator who thrives in ambiguity and can prototype like a founder while working cross-functionally.
  • A hands-on creator skilled in video tools, design (Canva), SQL analytics, and productivity tools (Asana, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot).
  • The ability to create prototypes that engineers and designers can easily understand.
  • A clear communicator for stakeholder meetings, executive updates, and client-facing content.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a startup or consulting environment focused on product or operations.
  • Familiarity with launching products from 0 to 1.
  • Experience in building playbooks for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems.
  • Interest or experience in UI/UX, AI, or software engineering.

What We Offer

  • Remote-first culture - work from anywhere.
  • Competitive salary: HK$25,000 - HK$60,000 per month.
  • Performance-based bonuses.
  • Software for upskilling and productivity.
  • Paid Time Off.
  • Health Insurance.
  • Tech Setup: Budget for tech setup provided after 10 months of employment.
  • High autonomy and low bureaucracy.
  • Fast-track to leadership for high performers.
  • Direct access to the founding team.
  • Optional in-person hack weeks in Hong Kong, India, or London.
  • Opportunities to explore international roles within our US-based headquarters after at least 2 years of employment.

Our Hiring Process

  • Introductory Call (15 min) - Explore our culture, product vision, and expectations.
  • Technical Task.
  • Interview with our team.
  • Interview with our CEO & CPO.

Our process is fast; we aim to complete it in just 7-10 days.

Please note: Immediate joiners are preferred, but all candidates will be considered. We may use AI tools to assist in the hiring process, but final decisions will always be made by humans. If you have questions about how your data is processed, please reach out to us.
