Breakout Affiliate Manager at Kraken
Join our team at Kraken as a Breakout Affiliate Manager. In this role, you will help drive the growth of our Breakout program. You will work closely with various teams to scale affiliate campaigns globally.
About the Role
As a Breakout Affiliate Manager, you will be part of the Growth Marketing team. This team focuses on user and revenue growth across our products. You will report to the Global Affiliate Lead and collaborate with stakeholders in regional growth, product marketing, compliance, and analytics. Your work will be crucial in taking our affiliate program from the ground up over the next 12-24 months.
What You'll Do
- Identify and recruit new affiliates interested in prop trading.
- Manage and nurture relationships with top program partners.
- Analyze data to find opportunities and share performance updates.
- Monitor affiliate content for compliance with regional and product standards.
- Plan and execute tests for placements, commissions, incentives, and creative content to improve metrics.
- Develop and own revenue and new trader goals driven by affiliates for Breakout.
- Collaborate with product and regional marketing on new expansion opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Personal interest in crypto, blockchain technology, and prop trading.
- 4+ years of experience in KOL or affiliate marketing in traditional finance or crypto.
- Global team experience is preferred.
- Ability to negotiate placements, payout structures, and terms with affiliates.
- Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and tools, Impact preferred.
- Creativity and persistence in pursuing unconventional partnerships.
- Experience in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong data analysis skills and understanding of performance KPIs including CAC, ARPU, and ROAS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in an asynchronous environment.
Nice to Have
Experience in a global team setting would be beneficial.
