At Goodnotes, we are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will manage B2C CRM campaigns that engage and retain users of our app and website. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure our campaigns are effective and delivered on time.

About the Role

The CRM Specialist will execute lifecycle and promotional campaigns across multiple channels. You will work closely with product marketing, growth, design, and analytics teams to ensure high-quality campaign delivery.

What You'll Do

• Execute end-to-end B2C CRM campaigns across channels like email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
• Set up user journeys and design experiments based on audience segments using behavioral, lifecycle, and subscription data.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide clear insights and recommendations.
• Ensure operational excellence in campaign setup, quality assurance processes, and deployment timelines.
• Collaborate with product, growth, and analytics teams to translate business needs into actionable CRM campaigns.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in B2C CRM campaign execution using a CRM/automation platform; experience with Braze is required.
• Experience working on app products.
• Strong understanding of segmentation logic and personalization strategies.
• Attention to detail and a structured quality assurance mindset.
• Experience in setting up experiments and analyzing CRM performance metrics such as deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
