Customer & Product Marketing Manager
Join Cin7 as a Customer & Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, drive product adoption, and contribute to revenue growth. You will work closely with various teams to ensure our offerings meet customer needs and improve satisfaction.
About the Role
As a key member of our marketing team, you will report to the Director of Product Marketing. Your work will be essential in helping Cin7 grow and succeed in empowering product sellers worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Customer Lifecycle Management: Create strategies to engage customers from onboarding to retention.
- Customer Communication: Develop targeted messaging through email, social media, webinars, and more.
- Customer Growth: Lead upsell campaigns aimed at existing customers.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Work with product management to craft messaging that resonates with our audience.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Assist in executing plans for new product launches and feature releases.
- Customer Advocacy Programs: Build a community of brand advocates and manage referral and review programs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with customer success, sales, and product teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze metrics on product adoption and marketing campaign performance.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs to guide marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of marketing experience, focusing on customer or product marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong copywriting skills to create engaging marketing content.
- Understanding of SaaS business models and experience with technology products.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills to use data for decision-making and measuring effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

- Salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus a 15% annual bonus.
