About the Role
Voltus is looking for a dedicated Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter to join our team. You will manage the entire recruiting process for our commercial operations, focusing on enterprise and commercial sales roles.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for commercial operations positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source and engage with candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the energy sector or with technology companies.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
