Talent Development Program Manager
Join Customer.io as a Talent Development Program Manager. In this role, you will help build and scale programs that support employee growth and leadership capability. You will work closely with our Director of Learning, Growth, and Development to create impactful learning experiences.
About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Development Program Manager to help us shape the future of talent development at Customer.io. This is a builder role, where you will design and launch programs that enable our employees to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
What You'll Do
- Help Build the Future of Talent Development: Collaborate with the Director of Learning, Growth, and Development to design and scale programs that enhance manager capability and support employee growth at all levels.
- Own and Execute High-Impact Programs End-to-End: Manage the execution of development programs from concept to delivery, ensuring a great participant experience in a remote setting.
- Facilitate Meaningful, Engaging Learning Experiences: Lead workshops and development sessions that are practical and engaging, allowing employees to practice new skills and grow with confidence.
- Support Critical Capability-Building Initiatives: Design and run programs like mentorship and AI capability training to strengthen our organization’s adaptability and innovation.
- Translate Organizational Needs into Effective Programs: Work with teams to turn performance insights and business needs into thoughtful development initiatives.
- Continuously Improve and Scale What Works: Evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement as Customer.io grows.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced Professional: 4–7+ years in talent development, learning and development, leadership development, or program management.
- Exceptional Facilitator: Experience in creating engaging learning environments where people feel comfortable learning and growing.
- Strong Program Builder: Ability to independently manage program execution from planning to delivery with attention to detail.
- Strategic Thinker: Curious about how learning connects to organizational effectiveness and business impact.
- Clear Communicator: Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with stakeholders across teams.
- Ownership Mindset: Motivated by the opportunity to build and improve programs over time.
Nice to Have
- Experience building mentorship or career development programs.
- Experience leading AI capabilities training.
- Experience facilitating manager or leadership development programs.
- Experience in remote-first organizations.
- Familiarity with modern learning tools or AI-enabled learning environments.
What We Offer
We believe in transparency. The starting salary for this role is $95,000–$105,000 USD annually, depending on experience and market rates. Our benefits package includes:
