About the Role

As a key member of the Product Marketing team, you will influence product development by using customer insights and market data. Your work will help shape Kraken's marketing strategies in the on-chain space.

What You'll Do

• GTM Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead the go-to-market strategy for Beholder, focusing on awareness, acquisition, and retention.
• Campaign Leadership: Manage the entire campaign process, from planning to execution across various channels like email, social media, and display.
• Lifecycle Marketing: Optimize the customer journey with engagement strategies that maximize lifetime value and retention.
• Product Positioning & Messaging: Create clear and compelling value propositions for complex financial products.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, growth teams, design, analytics, and leadership to align marketing with business goals.
• Performance Measurement: Define and track key product KPIs, focusing on awareness, feature adoption, and retention improvements.
• Thought Leadership: Represent the voice of the customer to inform product roadmaps and marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing Management, preferably in fintech.
• 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing Management in web 3, especially at a DeFi protocol or web 3 wallet.
• Strong crypto knowledge and understanding of market trends and user behavior.
• Proven track record of growing products from 0 to 1.
• Experience in driving growth strategies for multi-faceted products.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Creative storytelling skills to differentiate Kraken in the market.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable in a high-growth setting.
