As a Marketing Business Analyst at Binance, you will play a crucial role in analyzing marketing performance and customer behavior. You will help shape our marketing strategies and support decision-making through data insights.

About the Role

This position is part of the Asia Marketing team and is fully remote. Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem, known for the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange. We are dedicated to building an inclusive financial ecosystem that enhances financial access worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to define data requirements and support business analysis.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.
• Use data visualization tools to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Perform user conversion, behavioral preferences, and segmentation analysis.
• Establish a long-term data monitoring system and user operation framework.
• Conduct operational testing and analysis to evaluate marketing activities with strict statistical validity.
• Generate business suggestions and decisions based on analysis.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Additional languages would be a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics is a plus.
• Experience with statistical software or programming languages (Python, R) is a bonus.
