At Deel, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Science Lead to help us optimize our marketing efforts. You will play a key role in managing our "Test and Learn" ecosystem, ensuring our marketing budget is spent wisely to drive growth.

About the Role

As the Growth Marketing Science Lead, you will oversee our marketing experiments and guide our Paid Marketing team. Your insights will help us make data-driven decisions and discover new opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do

• Experimentation Roadmap: Design and lead A/B and multivariate testing across various channels and audience segments.
• Strategic Guidance: Provide data-backed insights to help Channel Managers adjust spending based on test results.
• Opportunity Discovery: Analyze data to find untapped growth opportunities and propose strategies for expansion.
• Platform Alpha & Best Practices: Stay updated on ad platform capabilities and experiment with new features to maintain our competitive edge.
• Advanced Attribution: Refine our attribution models to measure the impact of complex B2B buyer journeys.
• Marketing Data Infrastructure: Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to build scalable data models that track experiment performance.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Growth Marketing, preferably in a high-spend B2B environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, Looker, Snowflake, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of experimentation methodology and statistical concepts.
• Familiarity with the B2B sales funnel.
• A curious mindset and eagerness to learn.
