Join Deel as a Payroll Enablement Manager, where you'll play a key role in equipping our teams with the knowledge and resources they need to excel. You'll help build and scale programs that drive performance and support our growth in the global market.

About the Role

The Enablement Manager will focus on enhancing team performance through effective training and resources. This strategic position will directly influence Deel’s success by implementing enablement programs that support our client-facing teams.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute enablement programs to enhance performance across client-facing teams.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and skill gaps within global teams.
  • Create and maintain training programs, resources, and documentation for onboarding and continuous learning.
  • Lead e-learning or live training sessions for new hires and track their onboarding progress.
  • Implement and manage tools that support team success, such as enablement platforms and training tools.
  • Coordinate and deliver onboarding and ongoing training sessions for new and existing team members.
  • Deliver measurable learning outcomes aligned with business needs.
  • Define and track program milestones and KPIs with timely reporting.
  • Support the creation of knowledge-sharing platforms for easy access to relevant information.
  • Ensure all enablement initiatives align with Deel’s broader business strategy.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring on leveraging enablement resources for improved performance.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support business objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in enablement, training, or a related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a payroll-focused role.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing effective enablement programs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Payroll Operations and Customer Success.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills for creating training content and presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and innovative use of resources.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to build rapport and motivate others.
  • Fast learner with a desire for growth and inspiring others.
  • Experience in a fast-growing or SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with various teams.
