At Domino Data Lab, we are looking for a Principal Product Manager for our "AI Factory." In this role, you will own the product capabilities that enhance the model development lifecycle. You will help our customers build, deploy, and manage AI systems more effectively.

About the Role

As the Principal Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and vision for our AI Factory. You will ensure our platform evolves to meet the needs of our customers, especially as the landscape of AI changes. Your work will directly impact how data science teams accelerate their research and deployment of AI models.

What You'll Do

• Advance our Governance features to integrate model validation and review into the development lifecycle.
• Drive innovations like automated model documentation and modern implementations of industry requirements.
• Lead the development of next-generation MLOps capabilities to keep Domino at the forefront of AI lifecycle solutions.
• Evolve our platform to support Generative AI models and advanced AI systems.
• Enhance MLOps capabilities to streamline AI workflows for our customers.
• Increase integration across our platform to speed up AI project timelines from inception to production.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience in delivering enterprise software for data scientists or similar roles.
• A strong connection to the AI/ML ecosystem, with experience speaking at conferences and engaging in community discussions.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on crafting product strategies that align with customer needs and market trends.
• Expertise in data science and AI workflows, with a solid understanding of the tools and methodologies used in modern machine learning.
• High standards for product quality, with a keen eye for design and user experience.
• Strong technical background, comfortable collaborating with engineers on technical approaches and trade-offs.
• Excellent communication skills and practical judgment when working with enterprise clients.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
